Birthday: Chief Toghobaghase of Benin Kingdom celebrates yet again!

... Says; "I am always thankful to God considering my very humble background"

Yet again, septuagenarian; Chief Amb. Osarumwense Agbonavbare Egharevba JP, TOGHOBAGHASE of Benin Kingdom in the Capital City of Edo State, has celebrated his birthday with the outpour of thanksgivings to God Almighty and his ancestors; as guests were treated to a lavish reception.

The celebration which began on Friday, 15 December, 2023 climaxed on Sunday, 17  December, 2023 with thanksgivings service at the royal Holy Aruosa Cathedral, Benin-City.

Chief Toghobaghase led a multitude of family members, friends, and associates to the thanksgiving service which was also a kind of spiritual renewal in his journey of life.

The presiding priest; Ohen - Osa Igbinoghodua  Edebiri while delivering the exhortation of the service; acknowledged the abundant grace and mercies of God; and the ancestors in the life of the celebrant.

As he admonished the congregation to emulate the good virtues in the life of the celebrant; which he pointed out includes godliness, hard work and being a complete family man.

Ohen - Osa Edebiri prayed God and the ancestors to grant the celebrant more grace and mercy to mark many more years ahead.

The celebration train thereafter moved to his palacious resident for the fun filled and spirit lifting reception where Chief Uyi Igbe, the Iyase of Benin Kingdom presided, ably aided by Chief Aiwerioghene also of Benin Kingdom.

Chief Toghobaghase the only child of his parents told journalists in an interview, that he has no option than to be always thankful to God considering the very humble background from which he has been lifted, coupled with the continued gift of life and good health.

He added that as long as there is life in him, he will continue to celebrate the goodness and mercies of God upon his life.

As he appreciated everyone who honoured him with their presence.
